Zonely offers website software, management panel, theme/customization options and various integrations so that users can set up and manage their own websites.

Account and access

You are responsible for the transactions made with your account.

License and right of use

Zonely makes the software available to you.

Depending on your plan, some features may be limited or additional modules may be available with different conditions.

Citation and watermark

Zonely software may contain “Zonely” attribution, “Powered by Zonely,” footer credit, or similar branding in the user interface or theme layer.

Removing, hiding, reducing the visibility, or misleadingly altering these attribution/watermark elements is prohibited unless your plan or written permission expressly permits it.

There may be verification mechanisms related to citation/watermark.

Acceptable use

To protect the security and integrity of the Service, the following behaviors are prohibited.

• Unauthorized access, vulnerability exploitation, attack, scanning and similar actions.
• Automation, request bombing and abuse that will overload the system.
• Phishing, malware distribution, crack/warez, fake payment pages and illegal content.
• Behavior that disrupts the service experience of other users or puts the infrastructure at risk.

Payment

When paid features are activated;

Return policy

Zonely;

• Refunds may not be possible in all cases for activated digital services and instantly accessible digital content.
• In case the service cannot be provided due to a technical problem, the support record is reviewed and, if deemed appropriate, a solution, compensation or refund is evaluated.
• If abuse, fraudulent payment, chargeback abuse or terms of use violation is detected, the refund may be rejected and the account may be restricted.
• Refund requests are accepted only through the support system and may be requested for verifying information such as transaction ID.

If the return scope and conditions are separately stated on the package/sales page, those texts can be applied first.

Content and legal compliance

You are responsible for the content you publish on the sites you create using Zonely software.

Third parties

Third-party services such as payment providers, OAuth login providers, webhooks and infrastructure providers may be used.

Suspension and termination

Zonely cannot be held responsible for the consequences that may arise from the content, configurations and user relations of site owners using Zonely software.
